I am primarily accepting new patients who are in the perinatal period (see my About Me page for more details), though I may accept additional patients who are not perinatal, dependent on caseload availability at the time.  If you are interested in engaging in services, please complete this form.

I am not able to provide urgent or emergent care in crisis situations.  If you have an urgent situation, please call or text 988, contact the crisis line in your county (800-576-7764 in Pierce and 866-427-4747 in King), or contact the Postpartum Support International hotline if you are pregnant or postpartum (1-800-944-4773).  If you or someone else are in danger, or you have an emergent concern, please call 911 or present to the nearest emergency room.
